Waste Not
Overview
Waste Not predicts future sales so cafes and restaurants can prevent over-purchasing and minimize food waste. The app predicts future sales through historical sales data (from point-of-sales systems) at cafes, restaurants, etc, to guide food purchasing and production decisions to limit excess/waste.
